The accumulation of ash, soot and particulate matter have always been problems associated with boilers.
This adds to the flow issues, such as soot aggregations in general, particulate bridges, funnels and dusty obstructions,
which are created in industrial processes around the world.
While industry has been addressing this particular problem for the past 40-50 years with steam soot blowers
and other “flow enhancing” devices such as pulse compressed air blowers, mechanical actuators on hoppers,
hammers, all of these are not sufficient to provide a balanced solution in terms of investment, cost-effectiveness,
performance, efficiency and operation, as well as maintenance.
Our Acoustic Units (also known as sonic horns, acoustic cleaners, acoustic blowers, horns)
operate with Audio-sonic frequencies (between 60 and 300 Hz), therefore frequencies
that are not as harmful and not dangerous as those generated by conceptually similar systems
but that use Infrasound, which are very dangerous for structures and equipment,
because they emit very low frequencies, which create destructive resonances.
Our Acoustic Cleaning System utilizes safe frequencies, ensuring no damage occurs to structures and equipment.
